Saudi Arabia is ready to increase oil production to a maximum mark

Saudi Arabia can increase oil production to 13 million barrels per day from the current 10 million, after which the country’s ability to increase hydrocarbon production will be exhausted, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said at the opening of the summit of the heads of states of the Persian Gulf and the United States on Saturday.

The day before, he held talks with US President Joe Biden, who came to Saudi Arabia on his first visit in this position to ask the kingdom’s leadership to increase oil production amid a desire to cut supplies from Russia.

„Saudi Arabia has announced that it will ramp up oil production to 13 million barrels per day, after which it will no longer have the ability to increase production,” the crown prince said.
