According to media reports, Apple has instructed its partner companies to increase production plans for iPhone production again. According to a Bloomberg report, Apple plans to produce 90 million of its latest iPhone 13 this year, for a total of 220 million iPhones. That would be roughly the same number of iPhones built as a year ago. Alleged production cuts had previously been mentioned. A class action lawsuit against fitness equipment maker Peloton may proceed following a New York district judge’s decision. Plaintiffs could seek to prove they overpaid for Peloton subscriptions from April 2018 to March 2019, the judge ruled.
