Some Sberbank customers may experience difficulties accessing the services of a credit institution, the bank’s press service warned on its official Telegram channel.
Sberbank assured that it was working to resolve the situation and apologized to customers.
Mobile banking and Internet banking are not working, several clients told Interfax. When you try to enter the mobile application, a message pops up that Sberbank Online is temporarily unavailable. The bank recommends that customers try logging into the application after 15 minutes. The message also notes that you can pay with cards in stores and withdraw cash without restrictions.
One of the clients of Sberbank was unable to make a payment on the Internet, as he did not receive SMS passwords.
Another Sberbank client reported that the problems were not only with online banking and card payments, the bank suspended customer service in some branches.
